Is there a way to direct the Realtek Digital Output to my headphones (which are connected to my interface > USB port to the PC)? From what I found online, the Digital Output works only with the headphones jack on the pc, but since I have an interface connected via USB, I'd prefer to direct it somehow there. Thank you so much for the help. remove everything related to Realtek audio using a combination of DriverStore Explorer (including the Realtek "extensions" listed there like HDX_AsusExt_RTK.inf) and DisplayDriverUninstaller, reboot and clean install the Realtek Audio driver (a UAD/DCH version) provided from your PC manufacturer. You definitely have a mixture of UAD/DCH and standard/legacy HDA driver components which is not good and the Realtek Audio Console won't work like that. Click 'Browse my computer for driver software.
